Yellow Dust puttin' a crimp in thangs'

First I gotta confess and say that Walker Jen took this picture...thanks Jen!!!!
It is yellow dust season here in Korea. This is not fog folks! It's dust particles. See a bunch of years ago China came to Korea and cut down mostly all the trees and took them back with them. We get this dust once a year now. Everyone is walking around covering their mouths and noses so they don't breathe this stuff in. It's like chalk in the air. Today I'm going to try to get a picture of the face mask everyone has on. You know the doctor masks they wear during surgery?? It's just like that. This stuff is awful! You wake up feeling like you have a cold. There's not to much you can do about it either. There is a system in place that rates the level of dust. Anything over a 50 and the kids can't have recess at school. If you have asthma or breathing problems...are over 50.....or 5 and under you're pretty much screwed for a month and a half. You just walk around feeling like you have a slight head cold.
I'm going out with Walker Jen...her mother in law and my mom today. NO YELLOW DUST WILL KEEP US FROM STARBUCKS OR DUNKIN DONUTS OR THE FLOWER MARKET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We've got shopping to do folks!!! Speaking of that I better get myself over to the ATM so I can get some Won. Have a wonderfully dust-free day everyone!!! :)

It is yellow dust time
